Definitely. I want to start somewhere, so I'm going to be going after a spot. When I first got here, we were getting hit really hard by the probation. Now we're starting to bounce back a little bit. All this competition is only going to make us better.

Everybody seems more excited. Things are a lot looser, a little more fun. It feels like a good environment to win some games.

I would say that basically having solely a cell-phone, Internet relationship definitely required us to be good communicators. I see that as a definite benefit of having an online relationship.

Every potential client that we've talked to regarding voice is asking for a direct interface now, and because of the demand, vendors have been very active in pursuing them with the major and Tier-2 WMS suppliers. Middleware has been characterized as an extra step in the process. There is a much cleaner installation with the direct interface.

The outcome was not what I was looking for in my first game back. I feel better than I thought I would, even though it took a little time to get back into it.
