balls couple fall guys ninth work
It's just one of those things. I gambled and lost. It just didn't work out. The guys battled real hard, we just couldn't get a couple of balls to fall in the ninth inning.
drives hit home players runs saves
He can do it all. He doesn't just hit home runs. He drives in a lot of runs and he saves a lot of runs in the outfield. He's got to be one of the top-five all-around players in the league.
tested wonder
He's huge. I wonder if they've tested him yet.
braves coming field jersey mentality minor spring training win
I think it's the mentality of spring training and the mentality of the minor leagues. You know when you put that Braves jersey on, you're coming to the field to win every night.
dominating exactly hit time
I don't know exactly what it is. But any time you've got a guy, as dominating as he can be when he's on, getting hit around, you know something is different.
few hitters
He froze a few hitters out there. I was impressed.
felt girl next offense serious standing
That guy's unbelievable. That's some serious pop. The guy's huge. I felt like a little girl standing next to him at first base. No offense to girls.
bad good tight zone
It was a tight (strike) zone tonight, so you could look for your pitch, ... Good for hitters, bad for pitchers.
beat break cross fact late might mind nine pitcher shot soon though until
As soon as he didn't break, it didn't cross my mind until after the fact that the pitcher was on first and even though I had to get up, I might have had a shot at getting him at second. If you get a late break on Rollins, nine times out of 10, he's going to beat you to the bag.
ball eat
It's not fun. But we can't quit. We still have a lot of ball left. We can't let this eat at us.
feet forgot hit pop
(Francoeur is) unbelievable. I forgot the kind of pop he has. When he first hit it, I thought it was going to be caught. It was 20 feet over the fence.
decent together
It was decent offensively. We could have scored some more. We got some hits, but we didn't put them together like I thought we should have.
lay lets win
This was a big one because it lets them know that we're not going to lay down and let them win the division.
ball
We'll probably get away with it, ... but that's not the kind of ball you want to be playing.
