adequately game kerry pass protection running
Kerry did adequately well ... He had no running game and our pass protection slipped.
adequately depend factors game kerry maybe pass press protection reasonably running seen talk
I would think that would depend on who we talk to, what is available. I think Kerry did adequately well considering other factors maybe not seen by the press or fans. I think he did reasonably well. We had no running game and our pass protection slipped.
accept fear interest mike ready
Mike has always been of interest because he is dynamic, he is not afraid. But there is a fear right there of the physical. I don't know if we are ready to accept that.
agreed deserve fans fit players raider
We want to win. The Raider fans deserve it. The Raider players deserve it ... I just didn't feel the fit was right, and I think he agreed with me.

We came forward with everything we could to make everyone happy ? especially our fans ? and see if we can make this an economically viable organization.

The past is now the past and we have five years to make the Raiders economically viable. We have to be able to compete.

We didn't score enough points with the firepower we have.
believed bill fit
We believed he fit the bill at that time.
greatest labor league peace
We've got labor peace and it's intelligent. It makes sense. We do have the greatest league in the world.
direction good job offered sean turned
I don't think Sean Payton turned down the job because Sean Payton was never offered the job. Sean Payton has a lot of good credentials, but I don't know if that's the direction we're going.
football guy knows run talking
We've got to run the football better. We've got to run it with toughness. This guy (Shell) knows what I'm talking about.
forgiven forgiveness might
I have never forgiven myself ... that I might have made a mistake.
bit good
We stuttered a little bit at the start, but, hopefully, this will be good for us.
fit super vision win
You have to win with a vision for the Super Bowl, I didn't feel the fit was right.
