boys happy hard
All of our boys competed really hard today. I was really happy with the outcome.

Alyssa Snyder had a really good race. She started out farther back and moved her way up throughout the race.

Rachel is coming off an injury from track. She's doing really well for her first full season out.

She had such a huge lead. We were all just in awe as we watched her race.

It was tough competition today, but I do think it was good for the girls to have that competition.

He did well today. He's been training with Ray (Gallagher) and Cory (Martin) and those two are (sidelined), at least temporarily.

I thought we had a good day. We ran very competitively. It was a great day to run.
boys good hope improvement last peak seen start time
The last two meets, I've seen a lot of improvement in the boys' team, which is good to see. We hope to peak at the right time and this is the time we want to start to see that.

We only had four runners, but the one's that were there competed hard.
