We've been looking at all the contracts from day one. One concern is whether you are getting the fair market value. The second is whether the people we are giving contracts to are the best qualified.

The one at the end of the half really took us in the locker room on a real positive note. I don't know a better way to lift a team. Even though we had scored 40 points, I don't think it all came smoothly. It was clearly a big lift for us and gave our guys confidence. I say it's a reflection not just on me but the whole program. It's something the whole program should be proud of because not just one person can do it. You have to have the parents, the coaching staff, the students and the support from the community and I really think we are starting to get that.
