I say it's a reflection not just on me but the whole program. It's something the whole program should be proud of because not just one person can do it. You have to have the parents, the coaching staff, the students and the support from the community and I really think we are starting to get that.

Duquesne played with a lot of energy and hustle. We didn't match that energy in the first half. But the game is 40 minutes long. I thought our size and strength eventually would take care of that. I thought they just made a couple of key mistakes in front of their own goal. It looked like a little miscommunication between their sweeper and their goalie sometimes, and we exploited that. The game wasn't played all that pretty. We just happened to score.

I think we have as good a shot as any team. That would be really nice to go down there and get a win. But we have to take it a match at a time.

It had nothing to do with the game. It was a well-played game. It wasn't even a distraction for either team. Maybe the fans and everybody else got excited.
