Bethenny Frankel quotes about
If you're happy on your own you are going to be okay.
When you are like a maniac, you just have to accept where you are and what's going on in your life.
A failed personal experience is just fear and anxiety.
I think that yoga, it really is a process.
Yoga is a gift that you give yourself.
Be independent and don't try to think someone is going to save you or look to someone else to make you happy or look to someone else to complete you.
Yoga has so many different practices. I don't really enjoy Ashtanga. I don't really enjoy Bikram because I don't like knowing what's coming.
I enjoy business. I enjoy inspiring women.
Sleep. It's like giving yourself a massage.
Never assume someone is smarter than you.
I have always been a business person.
No matter where you are right now, no matter far along you are on your own path, don't wait to "have it all" to celebrate. You're never going to figure it all out. Make being happy your business, all along the way. Life can't be one long, tough haul, with a little party at the end. What good is that? Life should be punctuated with celebrations and you have to build them into your time because being happy isn't easy.
As a young child, being different is isolating, and as a teenager it's humiliating. I wish I had been able to stand out with more confidence when I was a child, and especially when I was a teenager. I was different, but it wasn't always a conscious choice, and it often made me miserable. But I'm all grown up now, and so are you. Today, difference is your strength, your power, and your trademark. It's your signature. It can still be difficult to be different--sometimes even harder than it used to be. Even so, it's time to embrace being yourself. It's time to be authentic.
