We're just finding ways to win. You have to win those type of games in this league - and the kids are gaining confidence.

Canadian schools play an earlier schedule. They'll have five or six or maybe seven games in before they play us. You have to take games when you can.

I just felt like we kept coming and got better as the game went on. That's the way you want your team to play.

He's been a terrific player for us. He's always around the ball, and you have to be playing with some fire to get 18 rebounds.

He's not a selfish person. He tried to get everybody else the ball. But if there's times when we need him to score, he can step up and do that.

When you haven't won a lot of close games, you have to find a way to win. We battled through, got it done and that was important for us.

We talked (before the game) about playing with some energy and enthusiasm. I really thought our kids did. You could feel some vibes of having fun out there.
