Matt gives us a steady inside presence. His ability to catch the ball in the post and pass it back to the perimeter gives us an inside-outside game. I prefer having Matt on the floor, but not at the expense of his long-term health. We have to be very careful not to jeopardize his Naval career.

It's a little embarrassing when you decide in the beginning of the year that you want to be one of the best 3-point field goal defensive teams in the league. Their guards were savvy and they really showed their senior leadership today. We need to get a little better defensively. We know what our issues are. I don't want to say defending the three has been our problem more than just poor communication.
