came everywhere goals guys hard maybe pointed won
We came here to win, ... I pointed out to the guys before that we'd won everywhere (in MLS) but here. It was there. Maybe at the end of the day, it was a just result. But it's hard to give up two goals on restarts.
guys looking order people special
The people that we are looking at are pillars. They will be guys who will do something special in order to make us better.
additional ahead basically college coming experience guys year
Basically he coming out of college right now, he is a rookie. He is a little ahead of the other guys coming in because he has had a year with Chicago. He has also had some additional experience with the U-20 team.
favorite guys pony ride running since word
He has been magnificent since the All-Star break, and especially on the road. The guys around him are running off him very well. My favorite word for him is the catalyst. He makes everyone else around him better, and we are going to ride that pony as long as we can.
class coming glad guys prayer
I am glad the guys showed class and spunk in coming back. Say a prayer that it is enough tomorrow.
class coming glad guys prayer
I am glad the guys showed class and spunk in coming back, ... Say a prayer that it is enough tomorrow.
guys houston longer periods possession quality time week
You never have a enough possession for a coach. You just don't want the other guys to have it. But we're getting better at that. I think we had it for longer periods of time and there were more quality sequences than we had in Houston (one week earlier), for example.
bench depth guys quality spot starting
I like our depth this season. There are some guys who didn't even get off the bench (against FC Dallas) who I could see challenging for a starting spot in June. We got a half-dozen quality guys out of the draft.
both extremely guy impression last midfield played sides summer versatile worked
Watson worked out with us this summer and I have scouted him at New Mexico. I think he is an extremely versatile guy who can play in the midfield on both sides and even defensively in the midfield. The impression we got from him last summer was important because he played with and competed with our guys.
advantage candy credit double draw eddie effective energetic exactly guy humble josh kid looking run sure takes teams watching
Davy has been this energetic and this important for us. For sure he's a humble guy to tell you they are watching 7 (Eddie Johnson) and 15 (Josh Wolff) and they don't think that the 22 (Arnaud) can do much. So he takes advantage of that. He was our most effective guy today. That's a credit to him. That's also a credit to Josh and Eddie because they draw the double teams more often. If you look at it, Davy has that one guy to run at. That's like a kid in a candy store. That's exactly what he's looking for.
attacking came confidence looking shutting trying
I thought we came out attacking and shutting them down, trying not to give them the confidence that they would have to be looking for on the road.
anywhere game pompous whatever win
We can win any game anywhere in this league, ... That's not being pompous or whatever else, we feel that we can. We're not going to win them all, but we feel that we can.
physical presence scares
Just his physical presence (6-foot-5, 210) scares the you-know-what out of you.
couple decent either front good handing knows line lord man maybe physical score speed technical terms traits
When the good Lord was handing out the physical traits in terms of quickness, agility, speed and coordination, he was at the front of the line and maybe he went in line a couple of times for some of them. But he knows how to use it. For a young man of 21 he's got a pretty decent set of technical skills. He can score with either foot. He can score in the air.
