In the old days, I'm ashamed to say I recommended not wearing hearing protection while hunting, ... We felt it was more dangerous not to be able to hear a rattlesnake, a warning or another hunter. And we wanted to be able to hear the steps of a deer or the gobble of a distant wild turkey.

He continues to improve. He cleared 12-6 and had a couple good attempts at 13 feet. I think Ryan will eventually qualify for districts, that's his immediate goal.

It's unfortunate, and we're disappointed the FDA did not grant the stay, ... But because there are no new scientific findings other than what the poultry groups submitted already, the likelihood of the company being successful in a further legal action is next to nil.
