convinced mile
I'm still not convinced he can get a mile and a quarter.
cup rains worry
That way, if it rains for the Breeders Cup at least we won't have to worry about it.
stop
I was experimenting, but nothing worked. I just had to stop on him.
easy nice
He's a very nice horse. Very easy to train, good-looking horse, does everything right.
cough fighting race run simply
He's been fighting a cough and he's got mucus. As simply as I can put it, he's not right. I can't run him in a race like this right now.
easy hard smart talk
But it's hard not to talk about this horse. She's very smart and she did it easy today.
bigger looked mile quarter ran stronger
He's a bigger horse, a stronger horse. It looked like he could get a mile and a quarter the way he ran today.
gets horses nice tries
He's a real nice horse, and he tries hard. When he gets competition, he tries even harder. When horses come to him, he'll go on.
form good grade horse reproduce win
He was a good horse over there. Hopefully, he can reproduce that form over here. It's important that I win a Grade 1.
good hanging horses lead nobody passed strong
He used to like hanging around his horses but he was too strong today. When I see him on a lead it's good because nobody has ever passed him.
five jumps rode until
He couldn't have rode a better race, ... She had never been a mile-and-a-quarter before. I wasn't really comfortable until five jumps from the wire.
bailey came exactly great handicap holes horses impressed knew race rode
What's great about Bailey is he rode like he was still 25. He wasn't scared. I was impressed the way he'd go through holes with no fear. And he came into the paddock before the race well prepared. He knew exactly what was going on -- he'd handicap the horses and the jockeys.
bled ended
She bled in that race, which is why I ended up getting her.
australia far ran treat
She's a bleeder, which is why they never ran her too far in Australia because they couldn't treat her over there.
