ball care defense job night stepped ugly
It was kind of ugly because we had such an off-night shooting. Plus, we didn't take care of the ball as well as we should have. Fortunately, the defense stepped up and got the job done.
fourth gave left lift open
They left him open and right away he stroked a three. He gave us a big lift in the fourth quarter.
fire looked
I think I was the only one that looked upset. It didn't look like we had the fire to make a run.
few good physical result win
We had a few too many fouls, but that's probably the result of it being a typical, physical CIML-type game. It was a good win for us.

We (had) the three conference favorites back to back to back. We need to protect the home court a little better.

conference iowa next pleased preparing school win year
We're pleased to get a win over a CIML school because that's what we're preparing for. Next year we'll be in the CIML Iowa Conference, the same conference as Marshalltown.
