Seeing everything that we had worked for and, in many cases, fought for be put into motion and be successful - that was my favorite part. Some days have been better then others. At times, everything seemed to be going along fine, and then others, I felt like I reached my breaking point. With all of that being said, I enjoyed nearly every minute of it and wish there was a way to do it all again.

I see a need to be involved. I don't want to be among those who only complain about different situations; I want to be among those who attempt to come up with solutions. That's what keeps me involved.

I'm blessed more then anything. I was blessed with the type of personality that forces me to be organized. I know what I need to do during a day and how much time I have to do it, so I'll come up with a schedule based off of that.

I would do it all over again. If I would change anything, I would have become more involved sooner. Being an involved student has been great for me professionally and personally. Without being involved, I would not be the person I am today. I've had the opportunity to meet a number of great people. Some have become very close friends of mine. In addition, I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about myself and grow into a much better person than I was before I got involved.

Working with the College Democrats has been a constant learning experience. Without that organization, I would have never been exposed to student leadership, so it served as a spring board to do other things that have benefited even more students.
