It's a passion these girls have and our staff has and Mel (coach Davidson) has for the game I think no other country understands yet. We're born with hockey sticks in our hands. When they get a taste of winning like we've had, they'll understand what we do on a regular basis.

After she lets in a couple of goals early, she has a tendency to fall apart, so that's what we're going to try to do.

I don't wish a loss on anyone. Whether we played the U.S. in the final or Sweden, it didn't really matter to us. I know how it feels to lose. We lost last year and it's not very fun, you work so hard. I definitely feel for them, there's no question.
