Cato Nnamdi Juneis a former American football linebacker and high-school football coach. Playing linebacker is completely different than playing safety. You're in the mix every play and those big linemen get on you real fast.

Switching positions was probably the easiest thing for me to do. All I have to do is sit there in zone coverage, and that's helped me a lot. It's really just a matter of playing the way we play defense, which is to read and react.
