corners defense defensive definitely good line piece plays teams
Their defense is definitely better because of ... He makes plays a lot of corners can't. . . . If you have a shutdown corner, teams also have to go the other way, so you take away a good piece of the field. He makes the linebackers better, he makes the defensive line better.
behave carry coming definitely example guy model prime throughout whether
He is definitely a prime example of how to be a pro, whether it's on the field, off the field, whatever. You can't have a better model for a young guy coming in on how to behave yourself and how to carry yourself. He's definitely done all the right things throughout his career.
definitely guy hard saw time
I definitely thought I was there. But I really didn't have anything left. By the time I got to the 30, I was done. I never saw the guy coming, but I was going as hard as I could.
definitely shift tried
If I had, I would have tried to shift into another gear, but I don't think I had one. But I definitely thought I was there.
attacking blocking corner cover definitely feed game involved line pass running side supposed
One thing you know is that when you cover him, you're going to have to make a lot of tackles. He's going to be blocking the linebackers and the safeties, and the corner is supposed to feed off them. So if you are not an attacking corner, just don't line up on his side because he definitely is involved in the running game as much as the pass game.
definitely lead momentum opportunity pull stopped turned within
You never know what's going to happen, but at that point, they had the opportunity to take the lead or pull within a point. That play definitely stopped some momentum and turned some things around.
gas kept ran totally toward willpower
I was totally gassed. I ran out of gas at the 30-yard line. Only willpower kept me going toward the end zone.
clouds dwell football playing season vision week
It's great. I'll look back on it after the season and I'll think about it. But we're still playing football and I try not to dwell on it because it kind of clouds your vision for the week ahead.
knows mess played respect talk whistle
I know him very well. I played with him two years in college. We'll talk and mess around. I respect his game, but he knows when that whistle blows, it doesn't matter. We are going at each other's throats.
believed nobody season
I said it before the season and I believed it. I said this was a championship-level team. We believed that, even if nobody else did.
backyard everybody felt forget job kicking shy speaking sure talk
I'm sure they will. We'll be in their backyard and they'll forget what I said. Everybody said it. And I'm not going to shy away from speaking my mind. I mean, I felt like I was kicking their (butt) so I just said it. . . . I say that about everybody. If I'm doing my job and doing it well, then I'm going to talk about it.
overcome time year
I've never had a year like this, ... This is the first time I've had to overcome this many at one time.
responding sports tough
I think we're tough when we do things like that. We were responding to some things they like to do. We're active.
arm certain moments turned ways
It was nonexistent, most of it. There were moments where I turned certain ways, or put my arm certain ways where I could feel it, but nothing real extreme.
