bulb energy korean light north nuclear related result turned understand
It is very important to understand that all the North Korean nuclear energy programs, up to now, all of them have been related to weapons. Not a light bulb has been turned on as a result of the nuclear reactors in North Korea.
brighter crossroads forward nuclear prosperous secure stand
In a very real sense, (North Korea) really does stand at a crossroads and they can look forward to a brighter future, a more secure future, a more prosperous future, ... But they really can't do it with nuclear weapons. They've really got to get off that.
nuclear subject time
Once they are back in the NPT, with IAEA safeguards, at an appropriate time we will have discussions about the subject of the provision of a light-water nuclear reactor.
emphasize issue nuclear weapons
I want to emphasize that the issue of nuclear weapons in the DPRK must be solved,
abandon involved materials nuclear prepared production programs question whether

asking given nuclear outside technology
They are asking to be given nuclear technology when they are outside the treaty, which is impossible.
absolutely countries decision depend depends moment neighbors nuclear prosperity relations sorts toward turn weapons
It is a big decision for them (North Korea), a big undertaking, but it's absolutely the right decision for them. The security, the success, the prosperity of the DPRK does not depend on nuclear weapons. In fact, it depends on relations with others. So this is a moment which I think will be a very important moment in their history, to make this turn, and to turn away from these sorts of weapons and toward interactions with their neighbors and with other countries in the world.
abandon clear existing good itself laid nuclear plan treaty
It is very clear that we have laid out the plan by which the DPRK must first abandon its weapons, abandon all its existing nuclear programs, get itself back into the (nuclear) Non-proliferation Treaty in good standing,
