The nice thing about it is that, with the exception of Esteban, everyone else was here last year. So everyone knows the drill, what we're doing, what we're trying to do. And Esteban's a veteran, so he'll be fine.

I think we've got to be as patient as we can be. When he can whip his arm correctly and with full speed, he'll be ready. But I think it'll be a pretty slow process.

He has the ability to adjust when things aren't going well command-wise. He's very good at recognizing what isn't working and going to something else.
