controlled counter game shots top tough tried
They pretty much controlled the game from top to bottom. For the most part, they made us take tough shots tonight. Everything we tried to do defensively, they had a counter for it. We couldn't get anything going.
played sure
He'll tell you no, but I'm sure he (wanted it). That's only natural. He played great.
obviously pick saw
I didn't see the play that he saw, but he obviously saw something and jumped me for it. He doesn't like when any of us don't run. I had to pick it up.
executing good less looks
It's more or less us not executing well and not getting good looks at the basket, something we could have did better.
excited future gave glad great green opportunity playing seattle shows team time
It was a great offer, and I'm so appreciative of them for their interest. The opportunity for more playing time was probably in Minnesota, but I'm glad Seattle matched. It shows me that I'm important to them and a part of their future plans. I'm excited to come back to the team that gave me an opportunity and excited to get back into the green and gold.
drive
I still feel like I have a lot to prove, ... My drive isn't going away because of money. I don't know if anything could take my drive away.
gets liked paint whistle
It's hard, especially when the whistle gets a little sensitive. They were getting in our paint more than we would have liked them to.
five
Do that, ... and in five years, you'll get another one.
moment number ready start stepped until
I didn't know I was going to start until the moment I stepped on that floor. You know when they say be ready when your number is called? Well, that's true.
attitude bull either excuse figure hand instead played separated stay together understand western win
I think we should have played better. There's no excuse why things got out of hand like that. We have to figure out if we want to win and come together and do something instead of being the laughingstock of the Western Conference. I think we're separated right now. Either we're in or we're out. If you in, let's roll. If you out, then stay out. For us not to have that attitude is bull (manure) to me, and I don't understand it.
decided defend instead laughing point stock together western
I don't know what point it was, but we decided not to defend any more. At some point we have to decide if we want to come together and do something, instead of being the laughing stock of Western Conference.
against help rather
The more help the better because I don't want to get in there against him. I will if I have to, but I'd rather not.
excited feels good happy wait
I'm very excited to be back. This is the place for me. It feels good to be wanted and that they're happy to have me. I can't wait to get started.
match plenty tough understand
We just didn't match their intensity, and you can't do that in this league. You know that it's going to be tough on a back-to-back, but we have to be better than that. We've had plenty of back-to-back and understand how tough they are.
