He would be in our meetings, then run out to take batting practice. Even if he couldn't go out on the (football) field, he would try to come see us and he would come in on his own time and study film.

Yeah, I do. It's a big comfort level. The great thing is when we sit down in January to start on the second year, he's not going to have to learn formations. He already knows all the plays, all the formations. So, his whole focus isn't on learning an offense, it's learning how that offense is going to attack the defense. That's where the comfort level comes in in the second year.
