Everybody is going to take it in a different way. Some guys, it'll take them a month to recover from that. And then there are guys who are ready to go the next day.

That comes with experience, when to throw it and when not to throw it. Guys will accumulate some errors that they shouldn't get over the course of the year, but we want them to try to make those plays to make themselves better.
