He was one of the first guys in my office when the new rules came out in training camp. 'What can I do and what can't I do?' It seems like all the rules were going against guys like him. I loved his attitude. He came in and addressed it right away and asked, 'How am I going to play these situations?' He studied it and has adapted very well.

There were a lot of guys that we put into roles where we knew they had to jump in and do a good job. They've excelled in all of them.
