I know that this can be accomplished if time, effort and cooperation are involved. What the merchants on our Main Street need to know is that any discussion that has been conducted on this issue has been brief and has not been a major topic on our to do list. At what point do we stop continuing to try? It can be contagious if one or two people a block do it (clean their streets and gutters and trim trees).
