alone bill concession house however iraq mandate marriage mind oppose sitting sort suspicious united views wants whom
I can't see that happening. However spurious Bush's mandate was in 2004 - let alone 2000 - Harper is sitting in a House of Commons where he doesn't have a majority. And if he wants to keep power, he's got to keep in mind the views of Canadians, two-thirds of whom say they don't want to see the same-sex marriage bill reopened. And many of whom oppose any sort of involvement in Iraq and are very suspicious of too much concession to the United States.
