It was just phenomenal, ... People were hanging out their cars, they were all over the lobby, it was really late at night, it was just crazy. It was as if the end of the world had come.

The truth is that this hurricane is severely bad, but it's not as bad as losing my mother,

There's stories all over that place that are just going to be horrifying, ... As soon as the water recedes, that town is going to find dead bodies everywhere in the attics. It's just sad. It's sad they forgot them out there and it's sad the levee broke.

We were sleeping in the car, ... We had to put the dogs outside the car and sleep in the car because it (hotel space) was just filled up all the way through Texas.

We get to Jackson and the hurricane comes there, and it was so wide that the electricity went off so we had to stay in a hotel with no electricity,
