Richard Norman "Doc" Hastingsis an American politician and member of the Republican Party who served as the U.S. Representative for Washington's 4th congressional district from 1995 until his retirement in 2015. The need for this clinic is clear to me, to the veterans who are currently forced to travel hours to receive care, and even to the Veterans Administration that itself identified creation of a clinic in this part of our state as a priority to be completed by 2006.
We remain united with the British, and our allies around the world, in our resolve to defeat terrorism and bring those who commit these acts to justice.
