We have a special site, a special location. We have a neighborhood that at first was concerned but now has embraced us for the most part.
When I build something for somebody, I always add $50 million or $60 million onto the price. My guys come in, they say it's going to cost $75 million. I say it's going to cost $125 million, and I build it for $100 million. Basically, I did a lousy job. But they think I did a great job.
The plan I am proposing today does not involve smoke and mirrors, phony numbers, financial gimmicks, or the usual economic chicanery you usually find in Disneyland-on-the-Potomac.
I got to watch some of Hillary Clinton's debates against Barack Obama. She treated him with terrible disrespect.
There's a whole lot of potential here [in vice-president candidates debates]. But it's not going to be a substitute for [Donald] Trump picking up the pace, the slack himself. It's not going to be a substitute for that.
I've been very successful at negotiating debates.
There are plenty of dates that are dead nights that you could do. There are plenty evenings that are dead nights that you could have the debates in.
I negotiated the proper timing and other things having to do with one of our other debates.
Now you [Hillary Clinton] want to approve Trans-Pacific Partnership. You were totally in favor of it. Then you heard what I was saying, how bad it is, and you said, I can't win that debate.
I think three debates is good. I think it should be on a night where viewers are going to be able to watch.
I thought it was very unfair. I thought what happened to Mitt Romney was very unfair in the third debate. So, I'd want to be. I'd want to have somebody that I think could be fair.
I think three debates [primary debates] is the right number. I think that, uh, they'll be extremely well watched. There are those who will say it will be one of the highest-rated shows in television history, if not the highest.
I don't think they should be against the NFL because the NFL, those are two big games. I don't think it would be good for the NFL and I don't think it would be good for the debates.
It's our last chance [November 8, 2016]. And that includes Supreme Court justices and Second Amendment. Remember that.
