We have a special site, a special location. We have a neighborhood that at first was concerned but now has embraced us for the most part.
When I build something for somebody, I always add $50 million or $60 million onto the price. My guys come in, they say it's going to cost $75 million. I say it's going to cost $125 million, and I build it for $100 million. Basically, I did a lousy job. But they think I did a great job.
The plan I am proposing today does not involve smoke and mirrors, phony numbers, financial gimmicks, or the usual economic chicanery you usually find in Disneyland-on-the-Potomac.
People don't want to hear about the casino business, ... We have never done better as a company, and yet our stock price is lousy.

I mean, can you imagine a day, 22 suicides a day? A lot of the suicide is people can't get to see doctors, a lot of it because the waits are so long. That's an administrative problem.
When people make the mistake of underestimating me, that's when they are really in for their biggest surprise.
I recommended these people. If I recommend in my company, it's over. I don't have to be a dictator. I say 'this is a good idea' and people do it, if they're intelligent.
We're going to have a very, very robust, level of performance having to do with mental health. We are losing so many great people that can be taken care of if they have proper care.
When Secretary [Hillary] Clinton talks about people that didn't get paid, first of all, they did get paid a lot, but taken advantage of the laws of the nation.
We learned that Bernie Sanders was taken advantage of by Hillary Clinton's people, by Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Look what happened to her. But Bernie Sanders was taken advantage of. That's what we learned.
