double five four games gave good guys help last offense players plenty scoring three tonight win
I thought our offense was pretty good tonight scoring wise. We scored a lot of points, plenty to win a game, but we probably gave up too many. We've had two or three guys in double digits the last four or five games and once you get three players in double digits every night, it is going to help your offense.
drew good hard hurt loose mistake played run team time
That hurt a little bit. Drew (Satterfield) played hard for us tonight. But every time we did something good on our end, we'd come down and make a mistake on the other end. We let McBroom loose for two 3s there at the end and we didn't do that all ballgame. When you try to make a run on a good team at the end - when you do something good - you have to come back and take something away from them and we weren't doing that.
consistent double figures improved last season three weeks
He's been averaging double figures for us the last seven-eight ballgames. So, he's really improved a lot over the season and been a consistent scorer for the last three weeks probably.
foul rested trouble
He was in foul trouble first half, so he was rested up.
advance basketball good held needed poise seniors team win
But give Advance credit. They have a good basketball team out there they have a lot of seniors and a lot of leadership. They held their poise out there and they did the things they needed to to win the game.
block early eric game guard guards hit players position post rest score stay took
Post players want to play the guard position and guards want to be post players. Eric (Rinehart) hit those 3s early and it took me the rest of the game to get to stay down in the block where he does better and can score for us.
collapsing deeper dribble floor good half job opened second
We did a real good job on him (Bogan) the first half, collapsing on him. The second half they were more in transition, opened the floor up a little bit, so we couldn't do as much with him the second half. He didn't dribble it as much and was able to get it a little deeper in the paint.
five gets half hit knock left maybe open six somebody stay stick
We just left him open maybe six times the first half and I think he hit five of them. You just have to stick somebody with him, just stay with him constantly, because if he gets an open look at it, he's going to knock it down most of the time.
