I was pleased. Watertown had a tough team and we gave them a run for their money. They took off on us in the breaststroke - they had four guys who were really strong - but we hung with them. We were going back and fourth.

All in all, we swam pretty well going into sectional week. We're right on track where we need to be.

He's an extremely hard worker. He's always looking forward to that 500. It's the race he loves to do.

He wanted to be seeded No. 1, but I like the position he's at. He can accomplish anything he puts his mind to. He's very positive with what he wants to accomplish and that's more than half the battle.

He was our ironman tonight. So far, he's having a great year. He always gives me 100 percent every time out there.

Our No. 1 goal is to get as many as we can to state. Second, we want everybody to get a personal-best or season-best times.
