We should make it as easy as possible to be able to get a legal work visa - not citizenship, not a green card. Just a work visa, with a background check and a Social Security card so that applicable taxes would get paid.
I think any time you can have an objective expert do your returns, you've got go with that. They can find things that perhaps you haven't seen, they give you good clean records, they keep track of your documentation. But there is always a price tag attached to doing it that way so it's not something that everyone can afford.
