There are two things we could do -- re-bid it or re-design it. It's the call of the agency. They'll make the decision on which way to go from an operational standpoint. The armory stands on it own as a building as far as we're concerned. Operationally, they may be able to accomplish that work somewhere else.

I expected (Lions president) Matt Millen to come in and do a great job. He's a great football guy. I just think things haven't gone his way with some draft picks.
