Hoshyar Zebariis the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of Iraq. He was Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2003 until 2014. A Kurd originally from Aqrah, a city in Iraqi Kurdistan, Zebari holds a master's degree in sociology from the University of Essex, England and studied political science in Jordan. He was the foreign spokesperson for the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the 1990s and represented the party to both the United Kingdom and the United States...
