easily fighting reason saves timing top
It's not just the saves he makes, it's the timing of them too. He is easily the No. 1 reason why we're fighting for the top of the division.
bench few huge leg looked night saves solid sticks tough
All night he just looked so solid in there making tough saves look so easy. There were a few right on the crease where from the bench they looked like they were going in, but then he sticks out his leg and makes the save and those are huge boosts.

Denis made a good save on that one in overtime. Obviously I probably should have chipped it up. It would have been nice to see that one go in.

He's right at the top of his class, there's no question. He's going to be a star.

I think it's great. You can just see he's competing. I thought he gave us a boost. We scored pretty shortly after that.

This is my ninth year here and I think I missed one of these tournaments for the World Cup. You come back and see the guys -- it's great. You keep in touch by e-mail but it's kind of a nice buzz to hear the anticipation. It's a good time of the year.

In playoffs, I think home-ice advantage is not as big as it is in the regular season. I think everybody's prepared. There are no tired legs or anything like that.
