If someone gets us going, we usually do all right, and if no one does by the sixth or seventh, we usually get shut out. The same thing happened (Tuesday) night. A couple of guys get it going, and you have a big hit.

It's similar to the play at the plate that I scored on Adam's ball. I knew I would probably be out, so I ran at the catcher to try break up the play or block a throw if the throw hits me. It's just part of the game.

It feels good. We've got a chance to close it out in front of our home fans and we've got our big three and those have been our guys all year.
