I don't have a problem with the guy. He's a tremendous player on the field. I've witnessed that. He's a difference-maker. If I were to have an opportunity to be a teammate of his again, I wouldn't back down from the situation.

It takes a team to succeed on the field, so no way do I ever point at one person as being the reason why we were winning or losing football games. But he certainly is a difference-maker. I think in ways I'd like to consider myself one of those guys but it's coming from a different position than what I'm used to being in. Not to take anything away from that, but we can't coddle anybody. There has to be a sense of urgency to find a way to better yourself and become a true pro.
