We decided not to go this year because it was just too close to district. The relays are this weekend and district begins on Tuesday and that's just not enough turn around time to recover.

I was very pleased with our overall performance. We got better as the day went on and several of the freshmen got some quality court time. Having only practices a couple of days it was great to get out and play and see where we are at right now.

I think we were a good band, and we worked hard. But considering how many other hard-working bands there were, it's very flattering to have somehow percolated up towards the top and still be considered relevant and of interest today.
