We like it when the older ones help the young ones. It's a learning process when they are freshman. But the juniors and seniors all had to go through it, and they pass it down.

We do certain drills in our warm-ups. I look for certain things, according to the drills we do. And those three, they stood out.
run work
We had been working with them all summer. Mostly, we wanted to work on their speed. They know what they need to run. They have to run a 14.5 if they think they are going to state.
close improve three weeks wish
There are so many times where I'll have someone improve and just come so close to making state. I'll just say that I wish they had two or three more weeks and they would've been right there.
