Nobody in these parts likes to see animals mistreated at all. It's not right. Anyone who would treat an animal like that would probably do the same to kids.

I think it is very important for kindergarten students to continue to have nap time. They are not used to so much mental work, and they become tired, and need rest.

I can understand why Cal Ripken wanted to keep playing, ... It's a rarity. I think it defined my career.

biggest children class difference extra folks grateful help rewarding rough spot
These folks make the biggest difference here in our school, ... They give the children that need it that little extra attention, and help them with a rough spot in their class work. I know it is rewarding for them and for our children, and we are really grateful to have them.

There were a lot of guys who were good in Super Bowls but just had to be eliminated.

Retiring at 57 was a good idea. But playing golf and boating and fishing got a little old after a while. If I was going to get back into basketball, I wanted to go be with somebody I knew.
definitely growing kids miss primary problem sleep
I definitely think it is a growing problem in the primary grades. Kids miss out on so much when they don't sleep enough.
average bill city officials rate sending
We want an average rate that's competitive with the other towns. I feel the city officials were incompetent for sending that bill out.

We still have old time play time at recess, but we have structured play as well.

We always enjoyed the picnic, especially when it was in Bushkill Park and had the rides for the kids. This year we had to hold off because of the disaffiliation situation. With the new officers coming in, we didn't have time. But we'll go back to it next year.
