city class far grove league losing match sure team tough winning
Chillicothe is getting a lot better. They are a team we match up well with and Grove City doesn't. But Grove City is still the class of the league as far as winning it, and losing to Chillicothe was tough for them. I'm sure they've rebounded from that.
consistency defense mostly played
It's probably a lot of things, but mostly it's just for us consistency of play. We haven't consistently played well on defense or we haven't consistently played well on defense.

That's been our M.O. this year. It's just how our year went. It seemed like we got in that position a ton this year and it seemed like we just could not hit that shot or get the stop we needed to get. It was another game of us getting close and not being able to get it done.

We want to win all the games we have left. To do that we have to become more consistent. I'm proud of how the kids have handled themselves and we are getting much better. It has not shown in wins and losses, but I'm hoping it will this year.
although box field free good job throws
We were 7-for-19 from the line. We did not do a good job of making free throws and although we had more field goals, we didn't box out well.
again games last minutes point position
We had a chance, and again that's the story of our year. I can show you 12 or 13 games when we were in position at some point in the last two minutes and we were just not able to get it done.
basketball coming excited experience good guys help kids next players practice quarters season team win
We probably have 10 to 12 guys on our basketball team that will have 40 quarters of experience for next year. If we can get a win (Friday) it will give us some momentum. For any kind of win will help us with the season we're having. It's able to keep the kids energized and excited about coming to practice and the players have done a good job.
