meaningful football thinking
Is [football] for everybody? Of course not. But it is a meaningful contribution beyond, I think, other alternatives.
adding confidence football help player work
I have all the confidence that this is going to work out. We know adding a player like this is going to help us become a better football team. And at the end of the day, that?s what it?s all about.
football thinking hell
The part of football you don't see with all the buddies I ever had, we might have gone out and thrown some passes, but we never went out to knock the hell out of each other just to do it. You do that when the time comes to push the ball downfield or keep it from going down the field. That's why I think football has a great place.
football feelings
I take a good feeling away from what football brings.
football october november
It's the premium time, the fourth quarter. October, November, December and now, if you will, going over into the first quarter in January. But really, football, that's when the interest is in the game.
building continuity definitely direction football good moving pieces
This is about continuity and building upon the pieces we have in place as an organization and as a football team. We aren't where we want to be at this point, but we're definitely moving in the right direction and feel very good about the future.
football orleans owe people problems throughout
Football has been an inspiration to people who have other troubles. There are problems throughout New Orleans and Louisiana. We owe to those people not to take football from them.
ball bit changing concerned defense evolving faster football guys help initially length matter move obviously reason room rules sway
Defense always catches the offense. Always. No matter what adjustments you make, no matter how initially you sway it, the defense catches offense. It's an evolving thing. . . . I'm not concerned about a long-term advantage. You know we want to move the ball and why we obviously keep changing rules to help the offense. The reason you have to keep doing that is because those defenses keep tightening down. The guys are faster and bigger, and we've got the same width and length of a football field. There's no more room to run, and so you've got to give it a little bit of help.
candidates forward impressive selection three worthy
This is an important day for our organization and an impressive milestone. These are three candidates who are more than worthy of induction, and I look forward to their selection in February.
candor circumstance days few high hopes last push speak time together
I had high hopes we could come together under these circumstances and push through a deal. It had everything to do with the time frame. But more important than anything, we were probably able to speak with a lot more candor these last two days than we have over the last few years.
dallas great work
This may really work, and work great for the Dallas Cowboys.
ferguson judgment justice obvious people rated seen talking whose
If they want the tackle, and Ferguson is out of reach, Justice would be the obvious target. I've seen him rated all the way from No. 8 all the way down to 23 or 24, and I'm only talking about people whose judgment I trust. He's No. 19 on my list. Isn't that odd?
dallas exciting involved
This is one of the most exciting times I've ever been involved with for the Dallas Cowboys.
drew flourish gone propensity receiver top
In general, I am a risk-taker. We've gone down that road. I probably have a propensity to try and make things work. ... A top receiver could flourish with Drew Bledsoe . That's always appealing.
