A win is a win. I'm proud of our two seniors, Jamie and Brittany. They weren't feeling up to par today, but they gave it a good race.

I'm really impressed by the 15:09 at the CIF-Finals. That was an extraordinary time. I think that was the most fun to watch.
next paid price time
He paid the price for going all out Wednesday. He was still tired. I think the next time he'll go all out is at CIF or States.

I don't think he's reached his potential. He'll be faster as he gets stronger.

I was impressed. I didn't think they would run as hard as they did. We had the race well in hand, but there is some racing going on between teammates, which is good. Sam ran hard from the beginning and the other guys were pushing it to keep up with him.
caliber fastest high runner
She has got to be the fastest (female) runner we have ever had (in the High Desert). There may not be another runner of her caliber for another 20 or 30 years.

couple cut forward healthier kids looking work
We'll have our work cut out for us on Monday. There's a couple kids that still need to get a little healthier so we are looking forward to them doing that.
