They've really tried. They're trying to buy into what we're trying to do. We've had many more good practices than bad practices. I've got to give them credit. They come to the gym and they want to learn and they're working hard. We're doing the best that we can. It's growing pains.

I mean, it's been just a little bit of everything. We've gotten some stretches where we've had some good offensive production. When the bats cooled down, our pitchers have stepped up.

A lot of them got some valuable playing time last year and I think that helped. We've still got some things to work on, but I can't say enough about how they've been performing.
