Johan Bruyneelis a former road bicycle racer in professional cycling and a former directeur sportif for UCI ProTour team RadioShack–Nissan. Retiring from racing in 1998, he became director of U.S. Postal Service, a US-based UCI ProTour cycling team. Normally, a matter like this is handled via the correct organs of the sport, not just published in a newspaper with leaked information. But we've been through all of this before, so many accusations.
