I don't see much risk of a blow out in financial credit spreads any time soon. The balance of risk favors some widening but I expect only slight moderation in 2006.

Having several governors from each of our different partners united in a single trust will greatly simplify and speed up the decision-making process. As a result, the school will be more responsive to any new opportunities. We are all ready to put this to public consultation as soon as the bill gets the green light.

You have to assume there will be more deals. That certainly would be a positive for credit quality in the equipment space.
