Costs continue to go up, and with water we have a small margin. We need to keep money in reserve. Chemical costs have nearly doubled since last June.

We change our meters on a regular basis. When the meter was replaced in 2004, there was a zero in the wrong spot, causing the computer reading to be off by a decimal point.
