There was no pain whatsoever. I loosened up and threw the ball fine. I'm going to go at it the way I have to. If I have to make the throw I'll do it. I'm not too concerned about it. My arm feels good.

It's just an exhibition game in spring training. I think by now everybody understands what happened. I'm not going to go crazy over one game in March when we play them 19 times during the year.

So many times, you see guys getting hurt whether they're just fooling around or not playing very hard. For me, I have to keep up with the routine, play like every game may be my last.

The last thing we want to do is to embarrass our country, with how much they've given to every single Major League player. We can't go there and get embarrassed. We need to go out, hustle, play hard and do all that good stuff. There are some tough teams, so we can't expect to go out and win just by throwing our gloves on the field.
