That's something we were not prepared to consider in Richmond, given the current tax structure. It just wasn't even something to really think about.

I go back over it in my mind, do it probably too often. There's really nothing. We gave a good proposal. It was a different type of proposal than Charlotte was -- the difference between a downtown museum there and something out on the interstate here. I'm proud of the work we did. I stand by the proposal we made.
