ball credit offense patience patient pressure problem putting showing team threw year
Give (North Beach) credit for putting pressure on us, but we weren't very patient on offense and we just threw the ball inside. That's been a problem all year for us. We're not showing a lot of patience on offense. We're not working as a team right now.
expecting pressure
I think their pressure did get to us. We weren't expecting it. We had kind of that deer-in-headlights look.
expecting knowing pressure
I thought their pressure did get to us. We weren't expecting it and we were kind of deer-in-the-headlights, not knowing what to do.
kids knew played together
I thought the kids played with confidence. They played together and they played like they knew we could win.
bit block defense looked needed offensive played press score second shot sluggish step
We needed to step up our defense in the second half, because we looked and played a bit sluggish in the second quarter. We had to keep them to just one shot and to block them out from getting offensive rebounds. We did that and got some opportunities to score on the press break.
decisions patient worked
We made better decisions offensively. We were much more patient and worked the clock.
